Real estate timeline debuts

With all of the recent developments in the online real estate industry, it can sometimes be a little tough to keep track of everything.

Recognizing an opportunity, HotPads.com has launched an online real estate timeline that tracks everything from Zillow.com's $32 million venture capital financing to the launch of Google Base to Redfin's expansion to California. One of the earliest items on the timeline is the launch of Craigslist in March 1995.

FEATURED COMMENT

PictureForget the ad space altogether. It's time that Microsoft to show the long term vision that created their success in the first place. Clearly there are far more valuable, provocative and lucrative problems for technology to solve than consumer spending and entertainment. It's time for the Blue Monster to think bigger thoughts."

-- Reader on Yahoo deal is over, so what startups will Microsoft buy?.
