SecondSpace -- a new consumer Internet service that today announced $6.5 million from Ignition Partners and others -- isn't saying much about what it is doing.

In a press release today, the company vaguely writes that it "connects consumers with the services that help them get the most from their free time."
John Connors of Ignition is joining the board and the company has inked a $3 million deal with an undisclosed partner, which also is an investor in SecondSpace. The startup is led by former Classmates.com and VeriSign executive Anil Pereira. Other executives include former Microsofties Alok Sinha, Ted Bremer and Delane Hewett.
Here's more from today's P-I story.
