Whitney Keyes coaches entrepreneurs with big goals, tight deadlines and limited resources on how to get the results they need - fast.

Her marketing and media consulting company helps organizations do everything from generate "buzz" and build brands to increase sales and launch products.

Keyes tracks business trends and injects entrepreneurs with information and inspiration to empower them to be more successful.

For over 15 years, she's worked in business management, media relations, marketing, and communications.

Keyes spent six years at Microsoft developing business strategies for many of the company's global campaigns including the launch of Microsoft Office 2000, an $8 billion dollar business.

She also helped create Microsoft's first Corporate Social Responsibility report, served as a company spokesperson, and briefed senior executives, including Bill Gates, for media interviews and analyst meetings.

Before joining Microsoft, Keyes worked for the City of Tacoma's (WA) Economic Development Division. She coached hundreds of entrepreneurs and helped develop programs and services to revitalize the city's neighborhood business districts.

She also spent many years managing her family's wholesale and retail art businesses.

Keyes speaks internationally and is currently writing a series of books on marketing. She is also the co-producer and host of www.WhitneyandWyatt.com, a Web TV talk show. In addition to her blog at the Seattle P-I, she has a business website, www.whitneykeyes.com.
