King County has 5 of the 500 priciest zip codes

Forbes Magazine, which has been putting everything in lists lately, this week wrote out the 500 most expensive zip codes in the country. Guess how many are in King County?

Five. Guess which one is in the top 100?

Medina, a.k.a., the neighborhood Bill Gates calls home. With a median home price of $1,600,000, 98039 is the 40th priciest zip code in the nation. See more stats here.

Mercer Island comes next at 156th, then Fall City at 287th, Bellevue at 386th and Sammamish at 489th.

Here's the whole list, sorted by state.
