« Mariners: Peanut-free seating for allergic fans | Main | Rachael Ray's husband has a recipe for rock »
We first made the observation when we learned that Blayne, a West Seattle barista, was going to be on Project Runway: Seattle manufactures reality show contestants.
Maybe our secret is knowing the right moves. In other cities, apparently, it doesn't come naturally.
A video on the Wall Street Journal Web site features the New York Reality TV School, a Manhattan seminar that promises to give students what it takes to get cast in the next reality series.
This is my favorite part: The acting coach who started the seminar says production companies have approached him about making the school itself another reality show.

I also used to subscribe to the notion that real Seattleites don't use umbrellas, but then I decided that I'd rather be dry than a real Seattleite"

Fame is but the only true goal of this school. It simply shows how the creator of this school is wanting fame and money for himself at the expense of others. On the other it is a win win situation because in the end everyone will be in reality show. If a network is stupid enough to pick up such a slime ball reality pitch will people be more apt to find other similar opportunities, if so, just tell them to get a job.
