When I saw Facebook was adding applications, I swore I would never add any. I broke that promise and my attention span is paying the price. Hello, my name is Shannon Schrecengost, and I am addicted to Facebook's Scrabulous.

I love Scrabble. Scrabulous gives me the ability to challenge my friends to one riveting game of Scrabble after another. I am in Scrabble heaven. I'm not even that good. I've lost 4-in-5 games, but still, I Scrabble on.

(Oh, and in case you didn't notice it, the maker of the board game Scrabble is suing the folks behind Scrabulous. Here's the story).

Unfortunately, since I added the application, my Facebook time has doubled (at least) and my homework time has diminished. I'm seeing little letter covered tiles in my sleep. I find myself creating words with letter combinations taken from license plates. Scrabulous has taken over my life…
