A new Rasmussen poll has former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani topping current New York Sen. Hillary Clinton 52 percent to 43 percent in a hypothetical '08 presidential election.
The same survey shows Giuliani in a statistical dead heat against former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards.
