The NWMLS has posted the new forms to comply with the Distressed Property law.
They're pretty much as reported in other threads. The main thing I noticed is that if a listing is cancelled because the property becomes distressed, the agent no longer has a claim for commisison if it sells within 6 months due to the efforts of the agent.
The biggest change not related to the new law is that the SOC now is disclosed on the first page of the listing agreement, as is the sales price.
Oh, and it's probably a good idea to use form 22-NFW now if you're worried about such things.

What I find funny about the new law is that condo's in buildings over 4 units are exempt from this. So if you are a distressed homeowner and you fall victim to this scam, the law won't protect you.
