Dog Star of the Week - Chance

Chance needs a home.

Here's another winner. Chance is sure to have an amazing temperament being a Golden Retriever/spaniel mix. And I just love his markings. Here's what his rescuers have to say:

URGENT! The Wenatchee Valley Humane Society is full to capacity! What a cutie pie!! Chance is looking for a second lead on life. He is a sweet natured, friendly boy who has very soft expressive eyes!! He is 3 years old and weighs about 55 to 60 pounds. Chance is like a prince when it comes to his manners and softness. He walks OK on a leash and knows the command "sit". He will be a nice mellow walking companion with some energy to take those long hikes. He sits nicely at your feet and will look up at you with his big brown eyes waiting for you to give him some love. He is playful, but is matured enough to be past that rambunctious puppy stage. He will be a wonderful family dog and wants to have the comforts of the indoor life and sleep by or on your bed. I just wanted to let you know that thanks to your post, my boyfriend and I drove to Wenatchee today and adopted Chance. He is a complete sweetheart and is going to make a great addition to our household. We are thrilled!
