On tap: Yahoo meeting

Yahoo's annual meeting with shareholders this morning won't offer nearly the Microsoft-related drama it once promised, because of the deal struck between Yahoo and investor Carl Icahn to head off his efforts to replace the company's board. Icahn won't even be attending. But it should be interesting to hear what Yahoo's shareholders have to say following Microsoft's unsuccessful attempts to strike deals with the company.

See this San Francisco Chronicle story for more background. Yahoo's meeting starts at 10 a.m. An audio stream is available here.

Wow, the Yahoo drama continues. Maybe we could start a new TV reality series?
