Introducing ... Windows N
Microsoft and the European Commission have resolved one of the lingering differences over the commission's antitrust ruling. The product formerly known as Windows XP Reduced Media Edition shall henceforth be known as "Windows XP Home Edition N" and "Windows XP Professional Edition N" -- the "N" standing for "not with media player," according to this Associated Press report out of Brussels.

That's the best their marketing department can come up with a rebranding for this stripped product!? They're worse then the cast of The Apprentice!
Might as well call it Microsoft Windows XP Stripped Edition.
