webprogram.com, eh? The Harte-Hanks direct-marketing database spammers and "Resident" slash "Occupant" direct mail. Quite an odd choice for a replacement recall. Harte-Hanks poses as a legitmate marketer, but the real mechanics of it, are quite suspect, they aren't weird dynamite style, but they scour job sites, personals places and etc. for targeted clues. More intelligent spammer, per se, in 'legit' clothes. All those 'opt-in's' for companies that you haven't opt'ed in for, nor can opt-out without tons of hassle. They also have supermarkets as clients, that use data from the discount cards.
So, get Xbox cord replaced, and get on Harte-Hanks lists? I cry foul! This one is out there, as big as a truck, and they can't deny that the info didn't make it *to* Harte-Hanks, as it came back FROM Harte-Hanks.
