Among other pieces of information in the filing, Microsoft reported that Unisys has agreed to a license under the antitrust settlement's communications protocol licensing program.
The program is designed to that let competing server software work more effectively with Windows, attempting to at least reduce Microsoft's edge in that area. The government has expressed concern in the past about a lack of interest from competitors, leading Microsoft to tweak the licensing terms.
