Thank God for the Sun

I'm I jinxing it by saying that we've hit Spring? Will it rain tomorrow? I'm sure it will, as you can't really trust the weather peeps these days. Yes, I know they have it hard with the unique conditions they have to deal with in the Northwest, the Jet Stream, but come on, they've been doing this weather tracking thing for years.

I will admit that I ran in pants (not tights) once this past winter. Yes, I got several crazy looks when running in the icy rain and snow in shorts, but I just don't like tights and pants when running – I feel constricted.

We know Dale likes to wear tanks and split shorts when the weather gets warmer, but how warm does it have to get before that happens?

Like wearing white after Memorial Day, what's the official day/temp that it's officially OK to run in the bare minimum – shorts and shirt (optional) – for the average Joe?

65 degrees?
