Dear Readers,

Suspended and not to return to the PI. I made the mistake of accepting the Christmas serial story directly from the writer who said he had copyrights but the Kitsap SUN Newspaper objected.

In addition, although I quoted the Kitsap SUN in some postings, I quoted too much. I should have quoted only a line or two and then linked to their site.

The above is copyright infringement, taken very seriously and with the potential financial risk to the Seattle PI I will not be allowed to return.

I do blog on my photo site: http://blog.kitsapimages.com/ and since I own the domain I used at the PI - http://www.KitsapandBeyond.com (which currently points to the photo blog), I may continue blogging there.

For now it is a nice break with time to concentrate on my photos but I have to admit, there have been so many great things I have wanted to talk about; Sunday's trip to Neah Bay and Cape Flattery for instance - spectacular!

I will miss having a audience for my ramblings but time is wonderful so I will think a while before deciding what to do next.
