"Greenway Days Festival" - Do you know your Greenway?

It's 100 miles of National Scenic Byway and is a non-profit organization based in Seattle that helps protect the land that stretches over 100 miles along interstate 90 from the shores of Puget Sound in Seattle, over Snoqualmie Pass and into Central Washington. It includes over 750,000 acres of local, state and federal land in a trust for the public good. It encompassess protected and working forests, farms, historic towns, lakes, campgrounds, rivers, trails and wildlife habitats.

This weekend June 28th & 29th, 2008 you will have a chance to enjoy the 5th Annual Greenway Days with more than 25 hikes, bike rides, a cowboy rendezvous, car show, historic tours, and many other events in over 10 communities, there is something for everyone during Greenway Days.
