City Dog Life with D.L. Byron
City Dog Life is a blog about life with urban dogs. Whether it's spending most of their days under a desk, minding the studio, sniffing the factory floor, barking at delivery drivers, or going to doggy day care, urbanized dogs always have something going on and that's what we'll blog about here.

Forced out of a posting haitus by all the local Seattle news about dogs in bars, an editorial, and follow up, the City Dog Life sides with dogs on this issue. Where Seattle is pet friendly sort of, it also shows it's passive/aggressive self by not really wanting anyone else's dogs in the bars.

I think most would love to bring their dogs with them to a bar, if they could, but just not see another dog; especially, one that wasn't well-behaved.

Just like other people's kids.

These two, Cappy and Henry, watch the goings on outside. Their watch includes various delivery trucks, garbage trucks and passersby. This photo is from Halloween and there was lots to observe.

A report from Gringoes about Brazil's beach dogs -- wild, beach-loving dugs, including a pug. The beach dogs, "run rings around you, chew sand and coconuts, paddle in the sea, fight with their friends escorting somebody walking the opposite way, and inspect and nibble the remains of fish, sea-birds, or penguins, live crabs, and anything else that looks vaguely interesting."
