September 01, 2004Censored 'Right to Know'The Pentagon produced a training video called "The People's Right to Know" to instruct employees on how to deal with citizens' requests for information. However, the Associated Press reports that it won't actually release the entire video itself to members of the public. Seems that it includes copyrighted historical video clips and the Defense Department couldn't get the rights-holders' permission to use them publicly.
