Bomb threat unintentional

Yes, it's apparently possible to make an accidental bomb threat. A Florida man said he was busy playing the videogame Grand Theft Auto when he blurted out "There's a bomb in the building. There's a bomb in the building. Everyone needs to get out!" over the phone to a restaurant co-worker. Now he's in jail for making a false report about planting a bomb or explosive.
