The military dropped the charges because the "chose not to present the case for national security reasons". Now we do not know what those were so to speculate there was not case seems just as wrong as to speculate he was guilty. His dislike of Mr. Bush also comes through. Two and a half miles west and there is a Catholic church, another mile further a synagogue, and if I looked I could certainly find Hindu and Buddhist temples with people in them today- all day- worshipping. If Captain Yee committed adultery and downloaded pornography on his military computer he should be punished accordingly. Although he was not found guilty of espoinage and sedition he is still a sinner in the eyes of Allah (I don't think adultery and pornography were condoned by Islam last time I checked the Koran) so I don't think he is such a great Muslim role model.
