FastCompany Now notes that "Managing Generation X" author Bruce Tulgan's firm has released the results of a decade-long study on the American workplace. The big conclusion: The attitudes that made Gen Xers a management challenge 10 years ago -- such as a focus on short-term rewards and less interest in long-term rewards -- are now common among workers of all ages. They weren't aberrations after all.
