Deadly dishwasher accident

If you know someone who likes to put cutlery in the dishwasher pointy side up, you might want to pass this along to them.

A woman in England died after slipping in the kitchen and impaling herself on a knife sitting upright in the dishwasher. This isn't the first such accident, either, prompting a public safety warning from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.
