'cc' is the real enemyCommercial spam gets all the publicity, but a lot of the unwanted e-mail filling up people's in-boxes at work actually comes from people they know, courtesy of the "cc" -- or carbon copy -- address line, says the Wall Street Journal's Jeffrey Zaslow. "'CC' is fast becoming the most dangerous letter combination in the business world," he writes, noting that "at the majority of companies, there's a cc culture run amok." And it's not just information overload. The ePolicy Institute warns that e-mail can get a company into all sorts of legal, financial and PR troubles.
